In accordance with the Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution in Consumer Affairs (ODR Regulation), we hereby inform you about the Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR Platform). Consumers can submit complaints to the European Commission's ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. You can find our contact details in our legal notice above. We would like to point out that we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
